Thought you might appreciate this great picture of last night's Soul Rebels gig. The New Orleans brass outfit were a big hit on a very busy Thursday night.

Unfortunately the soulful young troubadour Michel Montrond has had to cancel his performance due to his tour schedule not allowing him sufficient time to apply for a visa. What a shame as we were very much looking forward to his dexterous finger-picking and passionate songs.

Happily Sundog will be replacing Michel in the same slot, Friday 4pm - 5pm on the BBC Radio 3 Stage.
