  Most of the other festivals have announced lineups or partial lineups,,,,
  Any rumours for me to get excited about yet?.....Jimmy Cliff and Manu Chao are the rumours according to VirtualFestivals.....someone clever detailed a search string last year that searched google for bands own sites etc- any clever people know what the syntax would be?...I would like to start a rumour that Kanda Bongo Man is going to play again....Not too long now...

  Wonderful rumors! It's been many years since I've seen Jimmy Cliff perform. I missed Manu Chao when they were here in Miami, but had quite a few friends at the show that raved about how great they were. I would love to see them!

  "'Tis but the power of Google my friends...! A quick tip for searches: use a MySpace site search and include terms for "WOMAD", "Jul" and the either "29", "30", "31". For example, type the following into Google exactly as it appears below:

  site:www.myspace.com womad 29 jul

  You'll still have to sift through the results, but you'll get some juicy info!"

  Just need to change the dates for this year : 26, 27, 28 29

  Last night, they World Routes team (Lucy Duran and James Parkin) announced that Argentinian accordionist José Hernando Noguera shall be playing the Radio 3 stage, and that they are in the process of booking Cape Verdean singer Michel for the same stage...
