  I suffer with the cold also and last year we used our duvet and I found it much warmer. I am taking hot water bottles this year as well!! With all that plus the fleece pjs and a thinsulate hat, I should be snug as a bug.....! Not attractive, but snug!!!

  Thx Jax Mrs Sc says ....".hmmmmm but what about the washing up?" We are going for the duvet and pillows option this year! (o longer rock n roll) Mrs SC isn't worried about the cold, i always seem to run hot so if anything covers are flung off!

  I suppose I was asking for trouble but thanks for the suggestions guys, maybe a duvet is the answer. It would be so much easier if my beloved came along but that ain't going to happen

  a large chili hot chocolate before you go to bed may help or one of the juice stall near the area entrance (Passion 4 juice) was doing hot apple punch (a dash of Brandy was optional)?

  Jax I assumed you needed the edit button....i thought i saw a typo in your message......i know it's silly but for a moment I thought it said "and husband washes up..." just wouldn't want Mrs SC seeing such things........anyway cooking while camping is clearly a blue job (same as bbq,s and all outside cooking) so the washing up must be a pink job...
