  @DorsetSteve I only realised when reading the programme in detail at home that the band leader and accordianist with the Pine Leaf Boys is a Savoy. I've seen, and loved, both Sarah Savoy and the Francadians and The Savoy Family Band at WOMAD in previous years. I also saw Sarah Savoy in London recently which was also great.

  Kayrece Fotso, Frank Yamma and Raghu Dixit were all artists I didn't know before the festival programme was announced, and I thought they were all fantastic.

  mama roisin were great and new to me.
  nearly new and outstanding was frank yamma. truly brilliant.
  not at all new but delighted to see him: Boubacar Traore. Despite him clearly being irritated by his monitor speakers!
