  Ahhhhh, I'm so excited!!! I even bought a pop up tent and a new camping mattress. Do you guys think that a pair of wellies is really crucial? I haven't got one. Was thinking in braving the weather, whatever shape and form, with flip-flops...

  Hi Angelinthebluesky, flip flops will be ok if you don't intend to wander around much - otherwise, you'll need good cushioning sandals or someone to give your feet a long blissful massage at the end of each day! Wellies were on sale at the campsite shop the past few years, so you could pick some up there if you found you really needed them - weather looks ok at the moment....

  Hey Standing Stone, thank you for the advise! It's great to know if I need wellies I can get them there. I'll take some comfy walking shoes as well. My flip-flops are made with very comfortable rubber, though. A blissful massage would be ideal...
