  Sweets, Jaycee? I never saw any sweets! The loos were not worth the money - they looked great last year which is why I bought my ticket but the queues were too long and they were closed first thing in the morning and well before the end of the final act on the main stage each night. There was loads of space in the tent so why so few loos? I did manage to dry my hair after having a shower when we arrived on thuesday, but that was it. The festival loos were so clean and well equipped that I won;t be bothering with the la-di-da loos next year! I over heard someone say it was the first festival they had ever been to with both loo paper and unlimited supplies of hand sanitiser. BTW did anyone use the launderette?

  I hope not! If it was a flop then maybe they will use that space for communal
  showers next year.

  I run my own laundrette. I bring washing powder, a kettle to boil water and a giant bowl . . . I hand wash with TLC and air dry over a windbreak . . . I use my laundrette only in children related poo, sick or wee emergencies . . . . but I'm thinking of charging the Womadian public next year??? xxxx
