  I would like to see a return to late night sufi / classical Indian in Siam tent on saturday night. Anoushka shankar, Alim Quasimov,something along those lines. Another Womad year and still no Manu Chao?? and its about time for Nitin Sawhney to grace Womad again and Gotan Project.Likely i shall be camped out again at R3 stage in 2013 with occassional foray to Siam and main stage.

  id like to see a proper world music dj spinning tunes in
  big red tent, id go for Captain Planet from Brooklyn NY
  Sat nights spun Fela and Bjorks rework of Crystalline
  with Omar Souliman, rest of the tunes were pretty lame
  really . lots of Ragga . theres loads of great World Music
  mash ups out there, none were played, this fest used to
  to be cutting edge for hearing new stuff. thats me vented
  my spleen

  Suggestions for return and invitation of artists to Womad, more Irish music like Christie Moore, Sharon Shannon will get your feet moving too.
  Also Orange Blossom, Anoushka Shankar, Sa Ding Ding, Mitsoura, Mariza, Abdullah Chaddah, Seun Kuti (better than the same boring Femi) Amparo Sanchez, Hugh Masekela to headline please (cos lets face it he's a giant). Gotan Project, DAM and even more Palestinian artists or midle east hip hop rap or traditional singers. Orishas, Daara J, Rokia Traori, Miriam Makeba, Johnny Kelsi back please at least it felt like he was enjoying the music when he compared and have a mix of band musicians and singers together on the stage at the end with a fusion jam session with the Sunday night headliners.
  Bring some artists from Iceland (I mean Bjork, Sigor Ros...they can't be the only ones), Ane Brun was incredible so more scandenavian. I would love to see more Phantom Limb too. Nitin Sawhney I miss so much...can you persuade him to come even to join some lesser known bands.
  I know its too soon but please Dubet Gnahore.
  Please please please I know he is a legend but come on really Robert Plant again?
