  Thanx for the info.I was thinking and i dont know if this has crossed your mind.people who have ordered t-shirts to collect will be arriving all through friday and if we are all at different times texting you to collect our t-shirts, you are going to be running backwards and forwards every hr possibly.Why not give a certain time that you will be outside the Siam tent maybe for 1/2 an hr lunchtime then again in the late afternoon. wearing your t-shirt then you will be able to hand them out and take payment.Then those who dont make it will have to text you for collection , that way you wont be running around so much.
  Having worked at many internatonal scout camps and at the world scout jamboree that was in the UK, i have seen this done.
  Hope you dont mind me suggesting i was just trying to help make life easier for you.

  Hi S4P, very good idea!!
  Most now have ordered from the ebay page and will be getting them by post.
  I'll say 12 - 12:30 at the backstage entrance by the Siam tent on Friday.
  I will be quite busy Friday PM with live sessions, but I can get some one to come again at 4:30 - 5 for any stragglers.
