  it was great meeting up with other forum members and the bumping into each other thought out the festival

  Standing Stone - it was lovely listening Frank Yamma (spelling) with you and your hubby

  Baz - Cal is worried what mischief you and Del might get up to

  Doreststeve and DorestHelen - we couldn't help but notice we seemed to watching the same bands

  Destertravel - we hope you didn’t mind getting bubbled by us on Sunday

  and to all the others we meet we now see you in our minds eye when we ready your posts

  as for the rest of you don't be so shy next year

  It was lovely to see those of you that made it to the first meet up. I shall never forget Standing Stone and Jambo Yoti rushing towards me when they spotted my red boa of courage!! It will be nice to be able to put faces to the names - Cal n Del, Nigenet, Desert Traveller et al.
  I kept my boa on my rucksack for days, until it rained, in the hopes that Yummy Mummy might spot it and make herself known, but it was not to be!
  Maybe next year YM?

  I;m gutted I missed you all, I was soooooooo busy rushing from R3 stage to Siam to bar to pissoir to Chai Chapel to banana fritter man, that I never made any redez vous. Probably because I didn't make a note of the times/places, but I did wear my badge all the time and was regularly at CC after hours. Sans faire rein. Only 350 odd days til next nerd meet up. I'll make more effort

  Where were you all!!!???? I never make the 6:30 meet . . . it's a bad hour for me, what with the kids n all and having spent many hours putting up a giant bloody pain in the arse tent!!!
  I was at the sound desk at 20:45 on Thurs and I was at the Chai Chapel after hours on Thurs and Sat . . . and I had my bro and his gf scouting out forum badges!!!
  She did come back one afternoon saying she'd seen one of you but I was not with her . . . and she couldn't tell me what you looked like either!!
  I did rather embarrasingly ask 3 different people if they were Jim . . . which they were not . . . and one lady if she was PD . . .which she was not! . . . And I asked the lady behind the bar at Molly's if she was indeed Molly only to find out that Molly is a dog and the lady that runs the bar is actually called Angela!! . . . And she wasn't her either . . .
  So it was really a bad time for me . . . forum meet wise

  Oh and I loved the fact that my other half, although trying to avoid getting involved at all in the forum meet, still managed to come away with a nickname courtesy of Desert Traveller! He shall forever be 'Warrior' and says hi to you all and to Mrs and Miss Shellovski!
