  talking of which I'm off to the Hockney tomorrow one suprising find in the volcanic museum in a tiny place in Iceland was the marriagee of art and science..and there was a fantastic Anndy Warhol there!!

  Sir Baz, you've lost me there, and I've search engined and everything - please throw me a line!

  The Hockney catalogue arrived a few days ago (bought online - save lugging the beast) and we haven't opened it yet - just seeing it on the table is tingle making - will save the pleasure to coincide with the blooming of the hawthorn blossom. Jambo, you'll have such a wonderful day - I'd say to allow a good 90 mins for your time in the gallery

  SS - It was nothing technical (c'mon, this is me talking, for Cliff's sake!).

  Ah, not fetish stuff then, Baz – thanks for the line! And there so should an interwebby equivalent!

  If it wasn’t going to be Hortense, then I was hoping for James Corden. Lots of hoping…… I haven’t seen the new assistant’s previous roles, so will look forward to meeting the “new” face without expectations.

  Nice and bright here too now, though not enough for sunglasses or sunblock yet – Cal N Del, I think you have the best day any of us had had for a good while now!

  Just hoping Womad Charlton Park will continue to allow tents with PVC, Polyester, Fibreglass, Carbon Fibre or Nylon components on site ………
