Great Tit Watch - Titan doing a magnificent job feeding Titania - quite large insects were delivered yesterday evening; she wants for nothing! Titania has widened the diameter of the centre of the nest, about half way up, I'd say, and then built it so that it is narrower at the top; she gets into the nest rather than sits atop it, and is constantly busy keeping it just so. Still leaves for a couple of minutes now and then to stretch her wings, nine lovely eggs maybe hatching later this week

S.C. Alan likes the Korma and the Soup - whichever you decide is fine by him.
The only prob I have with canvas is the weight for packing when wet (which we all hope not to, but it happens from time to time), but I could just be imagining that; I don't know if it is much different in practice; other than that, it really is lovely!
Jambo, man the portkey - more warm buns and flasks of soup coming over with a block of tiffin and refills for your hip flasks. Cinnamon, Flump, Mad Girl and The Resident Pheasant are all being good and are having their own expeditions around the house and garden. Blue skies and sunshine today - hurrah!

Frosty start to the day here again, it beginning to cloud over and we worried about the storm forecast for tomorrow we just hope Gordy gets back before it gets here.

Baz, horrific, isn't it. I'm struggling with the thought of buying mealworms for the tits.......thankfully there seems to be a plentiful food supply around so my intervention (other than the seeds and nuts and fatballs - and I feel not too good about them!) won't be needed. How're yer beatles? Do they have iridescent backs?
