  ..well - had a shufty at the leonardcohenforum.com and there's a link on page 3 to eventim.co.uk which, if you click through to order tickets has a downloadable seating plan (which I can't download for some reason) - some on the forum are suggesting they have ordered tickets, but I'm not sure what a fanclub presale ticket is - doesn't sound like a "ticket" ticket.......

  Tickets at £95, £85 & £65 that's a bit rich for us (he maybe good but he ain't Rufus), the gig starts at 3 so it's not a full day and to be honest I'm not sure that 3 hours of Lenny all in one hit may just be a bit of overload, (I've never managed more than 1 LC CD in one sitting before) plus seating at a festie??? is it standing at the back? at the front? nah..... in summary the SC's are not going for tickets.
