  Angelique Kidjo is playing the Sunday night at the Cambridge Folk Festival. It's only down the road so you never know.

  I saw her at Africa Calling at the Eden Project and she was great. Really up, dancable and fun. Such a powerful voice. PG also did a number with her if I recall.

  I think she's got to be a likely candidate for Womad if she is playing Cambridge.

  Saw her in 2010 and I'm afraid i did feel very underwhelmed by the experience. Only my personal opinion, one mans underwhelme is anothers awesome

  Kimmo Pohjonen, Juuso Hannukainen and DakhaBrakha are playing the Siam Tent on the 27th.

  Kimmo Pohjonen is doing a solo on the Charlie Gillet on the 28th.
