I've posted a few clips with more to come over the coming days or so. Here's the current selection:
Kareyce Fotso http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYolOv1Gcbo
Jimmy Cliff http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9v8I6uMltyk
Hollie Cook http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdK7n3sgwog
Hugh Masekela http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNCFURpHZKk

Jimmy Cliff - Many Rivers to Cross http://youtu.be/_KKqINxpJ8A
Hugh Masekela - Chelishe http://youtu.be/8iKOdb6xAcg
Blick Bassy http://youtu.be/4qSRDtAK5nk
Looking forward to seeing other clips too

Ballet Nimba - a clip of the dancers as most people couldn't see them with the stage being so low and the monitors so big!
It would be great to come back and perform on a higher stage next year so we could at least be seen by more than a few people!!!

Love the Ballet Nimba clip, thanks for that. I have a short clip also, will hopefully u/l it tomorrow.

Funny, the Jimmy Cliff clip has the most views of all WOMAD 2012 on my channel, but the venerable Robert Plant & SSS clip has a higher rate of views per day (puts big wooden spoon down, ready for more stirring later)

Thanks Captain, am playing Jimmy Cliff now and dancing in my chair

Jimmy Cliff - You Can Get It If You Really Want

Hugh Masekela - Khauleza

Jimmy Cliff still got his nose in front in the viewing stakes, but still some way to go if he's going to match Alpha Blondy - Peace In Liberia from last year, running at around 70,000 views. Not exactly viral, but running a bit of a temperature

Thanks Captain, having a deco at stuff I missed.

Nimba!!! I did you dance workshop this year . . . I was right in the front with my little girl who is nearly 4, who loved it, but unfortunately was shattered after about 3 tracks!!
You guys are awesome!! I loved the workshop n wished I could have seen the show but she was REALLY shattered by then n needed to be taken back to the tent!!
Do keep us posted on the forum if you have anymore gigs in the UK . . . I'd definitely make the trip!!
Now . . . let me the techophobe ask you guys . . . how do you upload video's to You Tube? I have about 4 half hour video's of Womad this year on DVD's? What do I doooooooooooooooo???? xxxx

Once the video clip is ready to upload and sitting on your hard drive, it's dead easy YM.....
Sign in to YouTube
Click on Upload
Navigate through the drive/directory/folder structure to the clip and select and open the clip
YouTube does the rest, you just have to edit the title and description and type in some keywords (I suggest you go to the advanced tab and change comments to "approval" so that you don't get spam posted automatically - you get the option to approve or ignore when they're sent) then wait for upload to compete

But how do I get the the video's from the DVD to the hard drive? And how do I edit them to only post clips instead of half hour long video's? xxx
Actually if I have the DVD in the disc drive I should be able to navigate to that should I not? x
