  I was thinking of coming then I realised its the same weekend as Hydraulix Party in London. My first love techno won. Have a good time folks and report back with photos.

  Well... did anyone else get there??? I arrived at around 7pm on Saturday directly after performing in Lincolnshire. It was a bit of a rush and quite tricky finding accomodation too! It was worth it though, and great to meet up with some people who I rarely see. Brilliant to catch up with Modeste and Twoman Ting and loads more people besides. There is no real backstage area at the pavillion in Whitby so you can chat with the artistes quite easily. Best of luck to the organisers Jim and Sue who have had a difficult year but still managed to deliver a great festival. Hopefully we will see a Musicport 2013....fingers crossed!

  Beer was £2.60 a pint for local beers 'Wold Top' 3.8% and also £2.60 a pint for 'Festival Ale' 4.4%.

  The weather was as expected really, dry but slightly chilly. Nothing more than a jumper required though.

  That's £2.60 a pint ;-)
