As suggested by Standing Stone, we need to discuss the various merits / failings of different biscuits in a Womad environment.
I think Hobnobs have now gained the position of "Official Biscuit of Womad 2009" ;-) but what about other biscuits?
Discuss!

There can be only one!
Tunnock's Caramel Wafer
all that hydrogenated fat.......yum yum!!

Without wanting to repeat my self, I will
Maybe more of a world theme
Orios, rice cakes and mealie pap

home made hash cakes always appear to be on sale aroung the site, but perhaps I should nto say that.

Just to quickly recap - Jammie Dodgers, and Custard creams are also favourites as they don't melt ion the sun. Chunky kitcats are good if the sun doesn't shine.
Sindig0 has brought Party Rings - I like this idea lots - necklaces comes to mind.... and bourbons; brilliant - chocolaty but not melty!
Redleg, are those the lovely chewy ones that have a red and gold packet - it has been a while, but I remember them fondly!
Nigenet, shall I pop the kettle on or have you got brews on the go?

My kettle is always boiling ;-)

Ah, JayCee, welcome - those would be the organic cakes, I think. Perhaps we should curtail ourselves to non organic biccies here. Have you tried Orios, rice cakes and mealie pap? What were the results of your field test?
Would you like a cuppa?

I guess Green tea or Chai tea would be appropriate.
So would love a cup. Ah! looks I've already got one
Orios - black cardboard
Rice cakes - white cardboard
Mealie pap - maze porridge, ok with extras, like wet cardboard without
In retrospect perhaps not a good selection

Stone - indeed they are the ones you remember.
A mouthful of coronory disease in every bite!
