What happens when you mix eggs, milk, sugar, cinammon and a bit of lemon peel?
You will have one of the best international dessert. For us to have a good quality you need the best ingredients: six of the best musicians in Las Palmas mix to have the greatest results.
The step by step method to cook it:
STEP 1:
For a solid base. Alex Ortega (Canarian bass player and national artist) and Sergio Miró (expert drummer from Los Pulpos and collaborator in projects as De Soto, Link, Sixto Armas, etc) will take care of that.
STEP 2:
Add large quantities of voice with Adán Robayna (leader of fabulous vocalist groups like Frakaso Escolar or Los Pecados de Adán) and Elena Álvarez (versatile singer from Manolo Tena´s band, chorus girl from La Causa and member of Carnaval de Las Palmas de Gran Canarias band or Zalakadula).
STEP 3:
Sprinkle a little guitar into the mix. Alby Ramírez (guitarist from Canarian groups like Little or Parafernalia and collaborator in projects like De Soto or the theatre play 'When The Beatles met Bach') will add all the colours, flavours and scents needed for our perfect recipe.
STEP 4:
The surprise we all like to find. With Rafa Santana (keyboard player in several rock groups in the islands as well as collaborator in music projects like Kermit Funk, De Soto, Xiquis, Los Coquillos, Zalakadula, etc.
STEP 5:
The secret ingredient: a carefully chosen repertoire, full of all the big hits, funk, disco, pop, rock, soul….
RESULT:
A high class dessert, perfect for any private party, Redding or event. The perfect dessert is: SEÑOR NATILLA (MR. CUSTARD)
