Juan de Marcos González is one of the most important figures in Cuban music today. He has a mission to show the world the wealth, diversity and vitality of Cuban music. For the past two decades, his band has been at the helm of numerous key events, most notably the sessions that became the blockbuster albums Buena Vista Social Club and Introducing Ruben Gonzalez.
The Afro-Cuban All Stars operate with ease and distinction in every type of Cuban music. Over the course of a show, they'll delve into bolero, danzon, rumba, son montuno or even timba and guajira. The band offered the best of the many sides of Latin jazz with musicians who clearly live and breathe their music and showing an amazing event with fantastic pulsating drums, horns from heaven and vocalists to die for.
A band that can groove all night long together with their audience.

Juan de Marcos González, lleva siendo una de las principales figuras de la música cubana desde hace más de tres década. Su objetivo principal siempre ha sido mostrar al mundo la calidad, diversidad y vitalidad de la música de su país. Su trabajo con notables agrupaciones y figuras del patio como Afro-Cuban All Stars, Buena Vista Social Club, Rubén González, Ibrahim Ferrer, Sierra Maestra y otros ha tenido un rotundo éxito al introducir y, en algunos casos, re-introducir, al mundo, la música cubana de todas las épocas.
